That said, your satisfaction matters to me:

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 DAYS of delivery with photos of the issue.

• I will work with you to provide a replacement or solution.

• Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for custom engravings or personalized items unless they are defective.
